Hi, I’m Bruna Gomes, a bilingual psychologist offering therapy in English and Portuguese for adults.
I provide a compassionate and collaborative space for individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, body image difficulties, disordered eating, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies while recognising that each person’s experiences, values, and goals are unique.
I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), tailoring therapy to support meaningful and sustainable change.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
